KatArt Graphics is a full-service creative agency in New Milford, Connecticut. We design brands, build websites, print marketing materials, produce signage and large format, source promotional products, and handle the everyday work that keeps small and mid-sized businesses visible.

What makes us different from most agencies is the all under one roof part. Most shops do design or print or web. We do all three, in-house, with the same team — which means your brochure matches your website matches your trade show booth matches your storefront sign. No coordinating between vendors. No “design agency hands off to printer hands off to developer” telephone game. One team, one accountability, one invoice.

How We Got Here

KatArt Graphics was founded in 1990 as an economical alternative to high-priced agencies — built on the idea that small businesses deserve the same quality of design and production as the companies with seven-figure marketing budgets. We started with print and grew into web, branding, digital media, and signage as our clients’ needs grew. Most of the platforms and technologies we work with today didn’t exist when we opened our doors. The thing that’s stayed constant is the model: real people doing real work for businesses we know personally.

We’re owner-operated. That matters. When you call, you reach the people doing the work — not a sales tier, not a project coordinator, not a chatbot.

  • 35+ years of evolution. We’ve been at this since before email marketing, before WordPress, before the web. Every era of design and production technology, we’ve worked through. That kind of continuity is rare and it shows up in the work.
  • Affordable without being cheap. We were founded as an alternative to overpriced agencies. We’ve stayed that. Quality work at fair prices — without the freelancer reliability problems or the cookie-cutter feel of online template shops.

The Way We Work

The process looks roughly the same whether you’re hiring us for a one-off business card refresh or a multi-month branding-plus-website project:

  1. Conversation first. We talk before we design. What’s the business, who’s the customer, what’s the goal, what’s the budget. Most of the actual creative direction comes out of this step.
  2. Real proposals. We tell you what it’ll cost, what’s included, what’s not, and how long it’ll take — before we start.
  3. Work that matches what we said we’d do. No scope creep surprises. No “this’ll be ready next week” turning into next month.
  4. Honest feedback loops. We push back when we think you’re making the wrong call, and we listen when you push back on us.
  5. Delivery and beyond. We don’t disappear after launch. The next time you need a banner, a flyer, or a website update, you call the same number.
